All 125 Vettes started out again from Salvatore’s Italian Gardens just after a torrential downpour making the start a little wet! But as the Caravan proceeded out on route 33 the dryer it got. All made it safely to Banchetti’s for the excellent brunch and festivities. Our thanks to the Amherst Police, the Erie County Sheriffs’ and the State Police for their fantastic job in escorting the caravan on the 2 hour run. The parade of cruisers started at 4 and continued all evening long. They even flat bedded a 54 Corvette to get in.

Every one enjoyed the ride out there with a stop at the Adirondack Museum before getting to Saranac Lake. The Friday night party was a blast with Lee and Holly judging the Cheese cake bake off and then Corvette Jeopardy contest. The contest was tough but our team came in second. Saturday the weather held out and the car show was on along with the Poker run. Our group took 8 awards for the show. A great weekend was had by all including the rainy ride home.
